Great details in custom set; comes mostly assembled
This is a great idea for a custom set, and I was glad that it was well-packaged, in a small padded box, and it also came mostly assembled - the 2 L-shaped desks were already anchored to the base plate and the coffee machine was already assembled - you just had to attach the water cooler to the top of it. The 2 monitors actually swivel (a neat detail that's not mentioned in the description). It comes with a set of stickers, so you must attach the keyboard stickers to the 2 white tiles and the monitor stickers to the 2 monitors, as well as the 2 Poland Spring logo stickers to the water cooler bottle and its base (tip: use tweezers to help position the stickers). NOTE: The product photo shows a male minifigure with glasses; the minifigure I received did not have glasses on its head and appeared to be female with lipstick. This set is a little pricy, but worth it for the level of detail (including the drawers and cabinets that open).

Missing all pieces
The box only contained the direction manual and the sticker sheet for the computer screens. It did not have any of the pieces.

Figure not as shown
I bought this for a colleague who works at the front desk at my office. I thought it would be fun beach the figurine had short red hair like she does. However the figure was just a generic brown haired figure with no sweater vest. Otherwise, product was fine.

My friend & coworker Loved this gift…was so stinking cute. Wish I could have found a Female figure to compliment it & not just the Male one it came with.
