Great product
Great product, really nice finish.However once you go out of the proximity of the lock, the lock disconnects from your phone and hence will not be unlocked by Bluetooth. This is a feature limitation, not a flaw.

Great lock for those who are fed up with keys problem
It works perfectly every time I try to open, Need to install an app for fingerprint setup for which QR code is given i had to install QR code scanner first as QR code scanner for payment doesn't work for app installation QR code. App name is smart life you can directly install it from play store by searching. Bit expensive but build quality is good. I would have preferred battery change option available but overall satisfied.

Good Product!
Have been using this smart lock since past 3 years. Generally no issues, works as advertised. After 3 years of usage company was courteous and exchanged the lock even though it was not under warranty.
