Just what we needed!!
Love this antenna it works great very long cable which makes it perfect to get to the window from the TV. We did have to reposition it a few times and redid the scans a few times to make sure we were getting all the channels. We wanted definitely would prefer if it added more of the sticky to stick it to the window just because you do have to reposition it sometimes to make sure you get all the channels you’re wanting

Okay, I'm impressed - and surprised.
My first reaction when I opened the box was "This is an antenna? It looks like a piece of cardboard with a plastic coating." Not to be deterred (after all, there were hundreds of reviews saying it worked), I hooked it to the TV, went to Source, and just got my Samsung TV Plus choice. It didn't bring up a menu to detect channels, After several attempts, I got frustrated, and went to handy-dandy Google, and found some handy-dandy Youtube videos showing what I was doing wrong. Turns out it wasn't the screen "settings" option I was supposed to be doing, but the remote "Settings" button. Then the "Broadcasting" button was grayed out. Back to You Tube. Some other nice young man told me that the Samsung TV option under "Source" had to be checked. Apparently, in one of my earlier attempts I had unchecked it. Once I got the broadcasting option available (finally!), it worked as advertised. Picked up 43 channels on my upstairs TV, and when I moved it to the basement TV, it picked up 56 channels, which I thought was odd, especially since there are mountains smack dab out my rear window area where I had the antenna. But the basement TV is a better TV so maybe that has something to do with it?I was impressed because I am in a mountainous area along the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC, and thought for sure the mountains would prevent me from getting channels. The quality is good, too.And as a final idea, as a control, I disconnected the antenna to see if the TV could detect any channels without an antenna. (At my main home, I can get CBS with no antenna at all.) It couldn't. So the antenna really is doing something. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it is so lightweight that it won't just sit in place without using the stickers, or wedging something against it (I chose option 2, since I didn't want to be putting sticky stuff on my walls or windows.)

Does not work, even in a large metropolitan area
I bought this several years ago and I’ve found it to be nearly worthless. My home is concrete block construction which might be a factor. Although, even stretching the cord to place the antenna in front of my glass front door, only a few local channels come in. Even those few channels cut out regularly. In my experience, this was a waste of money.

Great indoor antenna!!
This indoor antenna works great! I placed it in my bedroom window and scanned for channels!! It picked up 65 channels and they all worked perfectly! Waited to review so I could give an accurate review. Even had a rain storm and the channels came in perfect! Beats paying for cable! Picks up all the major networks- ABC,NBC,CBS, FOX, ION, ION Plus, Me TV! Just to name a few! Very pleased! I would recommend.

Perfect for getting local channels
I was looking for a solution that would provide me access to view locally broadcast channels. This item fit the bill, and many of the past reviews sold me to try it out. It works as advertised, is easy to install, and after installation, it is as simple as scanning the channels when the TV is on Antenna mode. The user guide that accompanies the item is short, sweet to the point and easy to understand. The biggest worries are: do you have a Coax connection on your TV, and a USB connection either on the TV or that you can use an adapter and plug it into a close by wall plug. I hope ifyou decide to purchase this item, your experience is a good as mine.

This will not replace your cable TV
So I disconnected my cable box and connected this antenna, simple enough for anyone to do on their own. I had my TV scan for channels and once that task was completed I started to go through them. Of course I received all of local broadcast channels that was to be expected. I also had four channels that were also part of my cable TV package. Three home shopping networks, on movie channel two channels I never heard of that showed old TV shows and westerns. Now the further up I went I started to get nothing but foreign language channels, perhaps five or six of them which are of no use to me at all. Went past them and picked up all audio, no picture channels that play only music, there was at least ten of them in a row. After that it was back to the start with the first local broadcast channel. All in all I had perhaps 45 channels and most of them I wouldn't be watching, such as the foreign language channels. Bottom line is if you think this antenna or any other one like it is going to replace your cable system you are in for one big surprise. I'd seen the TV ads for these antennas and didn't think they were going to pick up hundreds of channels as they advertise and trust me they do not. I would suggest that if you intend on buying these antennas you keep your cable system, do as I did and then when you realize you won't be watching a lot of TV with this antenna re-connect your cable box and either keep the antenna or try to return it. Don't be fooled by all the happy smiling people and families in these TV ads enjoying these hi-def antennas while saving on their cable bill, believe me they are not going to take the place of cable although like many others I sure was hoping that it would.
