Delivered a day late but well worth the wait. It was well packaged and received no damage in transit. As it has started to produce new growth and is very healthy looking, some maintenance and age informatiom would have been nice. Looking forward to its development. Will buy from this supplier again in the future.

Not as described
Did not meet any of the dimentions advertised and not as described. Received an unstyled tree with 4 small shoots. Nothing like the description and quality advertised. Contacted bonsai2u via amazon and on there website via email with no reply to either. Sending back for refund and will not use again.
