I bought this container to store homemade ice cream we make in the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. This container is a bit bigger than I expected. One batch of our ice cream is a little over a quart in size and it always looks like it's only half full in this container. I like the shape and design of the container and it seems to keep the ice cream frozen without ice crystals. The lid is fairly easy to take on and off.
