I am a first-time buyer and plan to continue using this product. This is what I liked the best about this product The pills are easy to swallow but more importantly it's the ingredients inside the capsule that matters most. I read through a lot of product labels before making my decision to buy this product. I know now that I have made the right choice.

I like this product as I add this to my morning smoothie, along with other vitamins and minerals; it is a good, natural product. The addition of the K vitamins is necessary to assure receipt of these essentials to our systems.

I have taken this for years and would think of buying any other brand; (unless the cost goes way up)I is the best in my book.
