If you paid double/triple for the 'name brand' replacement foot you were ripped off. This thing is amazing! It is sturdy, slides on smoothly and once it is tightened down with the knob (which is 10x better than the Sony one) it has zero play. Highly recommended!

Great quality

This lens foot is longer than the Sony so it makes a better support on a tripod. It also works better as a handle to carry the lens around. Easy to put on and fits very well.

Solid chunk of metal. It works better then the stock lens foot on my 200-600 G. Can easily mount on my gimbal or tripod.Initial fit was bit stiff, might break-in over time, but once installed I would never remove it.Also be careful of sharp edges on the inside area near the unlock trigger. Can cut your finger if you tend to wrap your fingers around the foot. Recommend sanding it down a little or tape.

This a good quality product designed for the Sony 200-600 lens, I put it to use on my gimbal head and it fit perfectly with no concerns. Highly recommeded.

This has better balance than the original foot. It is metal vs the original plastic. Why Sony does not have something like this as the stock foot is upsetting to think about.

Don’t know why Sony put a foot that can’t be put on a tripod but this is a great solution.
