I love the weight and sharpness. A beautiful knife. I love the rustick look of the handle. Also gives me a large area for scrimshaw.Thank you. Thinking about ordering another one.Can you tell me what type of oil I should use on the blade to keeo it from rusting. I want to take good care of this knife. A knife like this one should be treated properly.

I bought this as more of a show piece I could carry but bang for the buck its amazing. The sheath ir actually way better than the one shown on site. Love the overall look. My only complaint and it's not a big one is the handle side of the hand guard should be more rounded than pointed but not a big thing. Beautiful knife that will get attention.

The blade is such high quality

Such a beautiful piece of work. Very sturdy and sharp! Even better than I expected! Very well oiled. My only complaint I have so far is the fact that the bone handle had mold on it. So I’m going to have to disinfect it maybe let it soak in a light bleach mixture and reoil it. All in all the durability, looks, strength, sharpness and overall craftsmanship is amazing! Def my new go to hunting knife or BOB knife.

So, I'm a blacksmith (hobbyist), and can tell you with confidence that this is NOT actual "Damascus Steel" - - but I knew that before I bought it. It comes semi-sharp but needs work to get to a keen edge - I used a diamond finishing stone to put an actually sharp edge on it. It is NOT full tang; without X-ray or similar analysis it's impossible to tell but I would guess the tang graces inly half of the handle before the unfinished bone handle is filled with white (not bone-colored) epoxy, so it's not "battle ready". I would certainly prefer this to nothing in a fight, but if I had a KA-BAR i would throw this at the opponents face to distract him, and attack him with the KA-BARBut that's not why I bought it.I have the prettiest danged letter and Amazon package opener on the block.

It's a great knife sharp good size knife too at that with that being said it doesn't belong on a belt it belongs on a mantle or wall

This knife came as shown/advertised. Nicely made, good workmanship. Very sharp. Sheath is adequate. Unique styling perfect addition for my collection. Same knife ? Appears for sale for twice as much on Amazon. Great buy at under $30!
