Very convenient and helpful. Absolutely a must have.
The kickstand half of this case almost never leaves my tablet. It's quite sturdy, enough to forcibly tap or write on the screen with medium pressure before it starts to get pushed down. The magnets that keep it closed are strong enough that it won't usually come open on its own but is still easy to open when you actually need it to.The magnetic attachment of the kickstand and the keyboard are great, both are very sturdy and don't feel like they would fall off by mistake. The kickstand part of the case that goes on the back of the tablet also has a cover for the Spen charging spot so that it can't get knocked off in a bag or something, however with the camera cutout being so precise, it means that any misalignment of the case with cause the cover to stick when closing or opening, or not fully make contact with the back of the tablet, meaning it can fall open with very little force. This isn't much of an issue as when it does catch on the camera bump, you can just apply a tiny bit more pressure to it so it will clear the camera. What I find helps, is to place the tablet against the spen flap, before then lowering it down or letting gravity work, so that the larger section of the case is aligned by the camera cutout and not the smaller section being aligned by the larger section if that makes sense. The trackpad experience is good, however could use a little work. The software side of things is fantastic with all gestures and movements working exactly as you would expect them to, with the option to customise the gestures in settings. On the less polished side of things, the hardware of the trackpad leaves a little to be desired, with a somewhat plastic feel and a smallish area to work with, the trackpad doesn't feel in line with the quality of the rest of the tablet or even the rest of the keyboard. However, this might be biased coming from me as I have been spoiled by the quality of trackpad on my galaxy book. For some context, the trackpad seems like a similar quality to one on a mid to low range laptop. The keyboard is also very convent for taking notes or otherwise typing when you don't want to be hand writing, but it isn't so large or cumbersome that it's a burden to keep with the tablet. The keyboard side also closes over the screen so its protected from scratches however, the magnets that keep the keyboard closed against the screen aren't the strongest so it does sort of slide around. The actual typing experience is pretty good, with the keys being a similar feel to that of a mid range laptop, however some people might find the overall structure of the keyboard lacking, because as you type it is basically impossible not to feel the whole plastic structure of the keyboard deflect downwards with every keypress. This bending sort of gives typing an uncomfortable mushy feeling, with travel that extends below each individual key's limits. This doesn't bother me so much but I can see that it would really bug some people.Overall, I would buy this again if I had to decide. The convenience of the kickstand and easy magnetic attachment are too much to give up, and even though the keyboard leaves a little to be desired I am still happy using it to type up notes. My recommendation is that if you are on the fence about getting this keyboard case, you should go to a Samsung experience store and see it in person.

Lovely and sturdy and feels very premium
Brilliant product. The hinge is great and feels very sturdy. The pen cover is useful and the back part of the case stays on nicely with the magnets (it's not falling off without a lot of force). The keyboard is also pretty good considering the size, and with the the front and back of the case on, it still doesn't feel too thick. It is very expensive, but feels like it will last forever and everything has been very cleverly thought out.

Good case and keyboard
Case seems well made and fits well on my tab S7. Keyboard is nice to type on and the pen cover works well - I was expecting to be more bothered by the pen bump causing my tablet to not sit flat on a surface but I don't notice it to be honest. The trackoad is ok - not the best by any means but it is passable. It sometimes doesn't pick up gestures straight away - particularly with two finger scrolling and isn't the most precise I've used.Price has come down but for a keyboard case with no backlighting I think this is still too expensive.Overall I like it and would recommend.

Amazon reduced price - great value!
Really like this keyboard cover for my S7. Was concerned about magnets to hold it together, but, they are very sturdy. I didn't pay the full average price of £190.00, that is far too much for the product, it had £40 knocked off the full price of £189.95 on Amazon and think that is more than enough to pay.The keyboard itself, it is great to use, the kick out stand is perfect, you can use it on your lap, sturdy and doesn't fall over. Great place to store S Pen too. It attaches to the tablet by 3 pins and uses magnets for the other side. I haven't had any issues with it yet and have used it frequently. The keyboard itself is quick to react to your inputting and the keys are nice and big.The one thing that let's the keyboard down is there is NO back-light, that would have made this a perfect little keyboard for your S7.The pad, your finger moves effortlessly around this and only gentle taps needed.I would NOT be happy to pay the full price for this keyboard cover, but very satisfied with the price on Amazon.

Perfect
I bought this 'used as new' for a cheaper price, came packaged and looks brand new. The back doesn't fit as I have the s7 fe. But the keyboard fits perfectly( I only wanted the keyboard anyway) turns tablet into laptop in seconds. The magnet can be a bit fiddly when trying to attach but definitely better than cheaper substitutes, overall very very happy 😁

Don't bother with other keyboards!
This genuine keyboard is very expensive... so I tried a few cheaper alternatives first... they weren't working for me, one was very click, another broke after a just a handful of uses. I saw this reduced and decided to give in and finally buy the official one... it's head and shoulders above the unbranded ones. Love the way the back folds out and the pencil holder. The case is nice and thin, not as bulky, keys are nice and actually the mouse pad is nice to use too. Wish I'd just got this to start with and not bothered with the "cheaper" unbranded alternatives... could have saved myself some money

Overpriced, terrible track pad, no hinge.
I wondered why Samsung shop and PC World both disabled the mouse track pad for Tab S7 when I went to check out the tablet. The track pad is soo bad lol. Kinda wish I had a comparison with an alternative. Also, the keyboard is a flap not a hinge so the moment it's above surface it flops around but I knew that prior. The design and practical use of keyboard is great though.Oh, and they racked up the price, it used to be £121 and there wasn't a 'discount' now it's £140+ and 'discounted from £180. Shady.
