Can Be Improved
This Capo is beautiful and the quality of this product is stunning. It does work as intended and hold a good grip, giving the strings a solid sound. My only gripe is the mobility of the Capo. The skull is a screw action, meaning you need to twist the skull to loosen or tighten the grip. This slows down the process of transitioning to a new key. Just because of this, this will not be my main capo of use as I prefer the spring clamp style capo as they provide the same quality sound but with that faster transition capabilities. But this is still a cool capo to keep as a back up and to show off.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED (rating based on cost/performance)
FIRST DAY REVIEW: Purchased based on price and positive reviews (really don't care about skull design). I like capos with screw adjustment rather than a spring so that I can determine the appropriate force applied to the frets and back of neck. It was packed in a nice tin with a selection of five pics. Initially I was put off by its weight and the long slender skull screw looks a bit odd. But, in use the extra weight gives it a more substantial feel and stiffer string contact than my more expensive capos - maybe my imagination, but the added mass seems to contribute to a more substantial sound, probably due to the heftier contact against the strings, though it is not necessary to crank down on the skull screw. So far, I'm very happy but I'll be careful not to graze the back of my guitar necks with the textured metal when installing it, though there is plenty of rubber around the neck once installed.

Thank you UPS!
So impressed and thankful for delivery drivers! I wasn't in a hurry to receive this and was surprised it came as fast as it did, considering the weather we've had this week. The capo itself feels nicer in quality than expected. Seems well made and constructed. It doesn't feel like cheap or painted metal. It also came well packaged in a nice metal tin, with extra fitted padding to protect it. It was definitely money well spent. I purchased this as a gift so I'll have to wait until it's used to see how well it functions but I don't expect any issues.

looks cooler then i thought it would
I wasn't too sure about this when i ordered it. I thought it might look too cheesy or too bulky. But so far, I really like it and would recommend it.

Great quality and price
Was looking for a capo that had a bit of a different look than the clamp style ones, found this and figured I'd try it since it's a good price. Very sturdy, made of metal, sounds clean and the pads keep it from damaging your guitar. Plus it's a skeleton so who doesn't like that? May buy a second one in a different color down the line as well
