I won’t say it’s suitable for beginners. but this is one of the best ones out there at this price. use it when your form and range of motion is right you gonna see insane level of energy and pumps in the gym. also tastes bit like a medicine(not a issue for me). Overall i would totally recommend this product to all the gym bros out there.

Worst pre-workout product, feels like a scam even after taking 2 scoops , no itching hence no beta-alinie, my 1 spoon Nescafé coffee gives more focus than this preworkout - it just feels like rasna . I really doubt they have put anything apart from artificial flavours in it . Hugely disappointed nutrabay

Good !!! but Nutray bay people don't have brains !! scoop is very big and saying that we have to consumer half scoop. Instead of half scoop recommendation they should have given proportionate scoop !!!!!

I have been taking pre workouts for past few years and let me tell you, this one has good and bad share of its own.GOOD THINGS:PUMP is good, even after taking half of the scoop the pump you get is great!!PRICE is pretty affordable if you compare it with some foreign brands and that is where it is bang for your bucks.ATTENTION SPAN increased pretty good by Caffeine in this product.BAD THINGS:TASTE:When you gulp it, in first sip the taste is amazing but as you reach the end the taste becomes horrible (bitter), by the end you finish it your mouth will be all bitter and then one has to take another half glass of water to get rid of that bitterness. This was not the case with their watermelon flavour. And this bitterness is increasing as I am reaching bottom of the box.DIGESTION, this one has disturbed the digestion.VERDICT: ALL in all it does what a pre-workout suppose to do with HORRIBLE taste and digestion issues.

This pre work is best at this price rage and the taste and performance is aslo great.
