One HUGE Sink!
Bought this so we could replace our kitchens massive cast iron / porcelain two-bowl sink. We are finishing up a self-made kitchen remodel. After demolishing the original tile countertops, and the concrete and plywood below the tile, I put down 2 layers of plywood as underlayment for the pending quartz countertops. Because this is a top mount, rather than an undermount, we were able to install it temporarily into the new plywood. Last week, after several months, I pulled it out long enough for the quartz install, and dropped it into the quartz right after. Not as pretty as an undermount, but far more functional for a DIY dad.The sink is great, but being as big as it is, the bottom is huge with little slope. Might have been better to get the one with the drain hole off to one side instead of right in the middle. The huge drying rack covering the entire bottom protects the finish from scratches, but it can be a pain when trying to clean, or move scraps and debris toward the garbage disposal opening. This came with only two holes punched for faucets, etc, but I found a great hole saw on Amazon and was able to drill two more, for a total of four, to accommodate Faucet, Soap dispenser, Dishwasher vent, and a secondary water tap for the Reverse Osmosis filter. So far, we love it.

Don't forget the faucet
Few months in and no issues at all. Love the sink and the cutting board and metal grates have been very useful as well.Reminder so you don't have to go to home depot after installing like i did. This does not come with the faucet sprayer. It is literally just the sink

Cutting board warped
Love the sink and easy to install. The cutting board warped after 2 weeks and won’t sit flat anymore. It’s really bowed. Not sure what happened as it wasn’t exposed to water or anything. Has anyone had this problem? Would have given it a five star otherwise.

Awesome. Commercial grade. Impressive
Drops right in your standard two bowl cutout. All you need to do is square off the corners as show. The mounting flange is super thick and flat. With this in mind I didn't use the sink mounts but rather glued it down with type 1 silicone. If you glue it in there is no need for the extra cabinet clearance of 36 inches. I've owned two restaurants and this sink is just as thick as my commercial sinks. I bought this sink because the faucet mount is below the mounting flange which keeps water inside the sink rather than running over the edge. I surprised my wife and she guessed the cost was $1000. This is a definite buy!

Pastor's wife is very happy
Installed at the parsonage to replace an old two basin stamped iron sink that was rusting out. I had to modify the sink hole slightly (expected) and because of the cabinet construction I was not able to use the anchor bolts. I had to enlarge the opening all the way to the support structure which was 3.5 inches deep, plus the thickness of the counter. The tie down bolt system would work on just the counter thickness, but the 2x4s prevents use. I probably could have cut pockets but the silicone worked just fine. Generous use of silicone and some weight to settle the sink into the bead between the flange and the counter effectively "glued" the sink to the counter. I used two of the included bolts for additional stability. Overall I was happy with the installation and the pastor's wife just loves it. An added bonus is that a single basin simplified the drain plumbing and freed up some space for additional storage under the sink.

The controller knob is poorly designed
It a nice sink and it installed nicely, but the big issue is the design of the controller knob. We assumed when you rotate it clockwise you will get hot or cold water and when you rotate it counterclockwise you would get the opposite. However, what actually happens is when you turn it slightly counterclockwise you get low pressure cold water out of facet, turning further counterclockwise gets you high pressure hot water out of facet. Turning the knob slightly clockwise gets you low pressure cold water out of the waterfall and turning further clockwise gets you high pressure hot water out of the waterfall. So the hot water only comes out in high pressure and cold water only comes out in low pressure. Because of the high pressure hot water splatters everywhere! This controller knob is poorly designed. Also, we have reached out to the manufacturer for a fix to this issue or at least a replacement faucet/knob/waterfall assembly for a different model but unfortunately they were not able to offer any solutions.
