Just had two kittens move in and was concerned about them getting too close to the log burner. This seemed to be a good option at a sensible price point.I’ll admit that when it arrived and I saw the size of the box, I thought I had wasted my money but it unfolds to a decent size and fits nicely around a large log burner, keeping little paws and bodies safe and well out of the way. ItIt looks good around the fireplace and fits nicely inside the fire place meaning the burner is completely closed off. It’s not super high so may need to buy something a little taller when they’re a bit bigger and can jump higher.The whole item seems fairly well made and it doesn’t seem to absorb a ton of heat from the fire meaning it’s easy to move and access when the burner needs a top up.

Great safety fire guard, very reasonably priced and looks great too.

My fire guard finally arrived, two days late but that may be down to Christmas deliveries. Apart from that, it was securely packed, arrived in good condition and is of (apparently) good quality. I’m pleased with it!
