Very heavy and well made. The staff is one solid piece and not in two parts!

This staff completed my collection of Gandalf's staff used in he original Lord of the Rings trilogy. Out of all of them, this one by far has the most detail and design. It is movie authentic and comes with his famous pipe and a little nail that Gandalf would use to temper his tobacco. Worth Every Penny!!!!

Just plan ahead if you’re getting it as a gift for someone . Since the box is about 6 feet long and very hard too hide. Other than that absolutely love it great quality. My fiancé couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the staff!

All around a wonderful item!

Absolute waste of time. Received original with a hairline crack running around the circumference of the staff. Ordered a replacement which has a very similar crack only worse. Awful quality control. I would only buy this if you can inspect it first.

A must have for th LOTR collector

I like this, it's affordable and looks good, unless you look at the seam where the two halves of the mold came together. It looks like it was cut with a serrated knife which looks pretty hideous and out of place. Serious collectors can expect to have to do a fair bit of sanding and painting to get this to look good from all angles, not just at the mounted angle. So it's a project, unless you don't care about it looking great from all angles. If you do, go for the Weta store one which is more expensive but more detailed.

This exceeded my expectations! It was bought as a gift for a major LoTR fan friend of mine and they were beyond astounded at the construction, material used, and weight of the product. They eagerly included this in their portrayal of Gandalf at a local renaissance fair!
