A constant 12.36 volts.
I bought 2 of these for sensitive components that don`t like anything over about 13.5 volts, which is highly likely with modern smart alternators. I was VERY impressed to see that, when I tested them with a quality multi meter, both of them gave a constant 12.36 volts, with input voltages ranging from 8-18 volts.

Functions And Is Potted Properly
The intended purpose was to solder this regulator in series for an LED indicator for a car signal light. The potted material makes it completely weather proof, and it functions properly keeping a steady voltage flow.
