Great for pad Thai
I bought this for a pad Thai recipe. This is my first time using preserved radish, recipe came out great! The recipe tasted just as good as my favorite restaurant version.

Couldn't find these in the local specialty market so was glad to find them on Amazon. I love the sweet pickle flavor these add to food. Not too sweet, not too tangy. It's hard to describe the flavor, just the right touch of flavor for various Thai dishes.

Not SWEET as advertised.
Was hoping this would be a tasty produce based on other Thai foods i have eaten but it wasn't. It had a sour bitter after taste with very little sweetness to it. If one grew up eating this product and had cultivated a taste for it, it probably would be alright, but it did not lend itself well to the Anglo-Saxon pallet.Oscar/NC
