Love itI did love it but it broke.I ordered it 6/3/21 broke 8/15/21, i closed it exactly 9 times. How do i return and get a new one

I bought this product about three months ago and have been using it almost every day for my Nissan Rogue. So far, has held up very well - no mechanical malfunctions. I got the normal size for the Rogue and it is the right fit. Good coverage. Four stars on easy to install, and that's being nit-picky, because it only took a couple of tries to get the hang of the installation process. Folds up and stores like a small umbrella. So far, I am very satisfied with this product!

It’s decent for what you pay. If you drive a bigger vehicle like a Dodge grand Caravan or a truck like a Chevy Silverado it does not fit completely you may want to look for some thing bigger.And both of our bigger vehicles it fits and opens up perfectly however it doesn’t cover the entire window so both sides are exposed. I have the regular folding ones and this umbrella and I actually use both of them and double it up so that the sides are being covered and the umbrella does a great job of holding the cheap flimsy one up. I wish we could order a size bigger so that I’m ensuring it’s covering the entire surface of the window my car gets hotter than hell especially right now in the summertime and my seats are leather so imagine how painful that is especially for my little ones. We needed some thing that was going to help keep the car cool and the seats cool,It works for the most part.

Great concept—It is easy to use and wonderful shade protection. I have been through 2 that have broken. The arms are not sturdy and bend and break easily on the outer joints. But I am able to use it so there is that. Little pricey for something that breaks easy. Next time I am using the foldable one. Just because it is cheap and doesn’t break ( the regular ones you get anywhere). Hoping they make them a bit more sturdy soon.

This is an awful product. You can never get it to fit properly on/over your dash to cover the windshield. It bangs into the rearview mirror and sun visors and moves them out of place; the metal spines in the umbrella buckle, and you wind up with a crappy mess that's more junk in the car. This is the worst product ever. Go old school and get a sun shield that goes over the outside of your windshield. Someone should take this product out back and shoot it. I wish there was a 0-star rating because this is a zero that doesn't deserve even a 1-star rating.

I like that it is easy to use by one person. it is very sturdy

I ordered 3 of these, and all 3 broke. Seems the top where it attaches to the post is the weak point. It either can't support the stress when opened or poor material plastic. The design is easy to install and easy to store, but does not last more than 3 mos of continual use in the sun

My wife and I have both been using these for about a month in our cars. These are so much easier to use than unfolding the accordion style or getting bopped in the nose when unfolding the fold/twist kind. These stay in place easily. What a great idea.I think the fake leather storage scabbard that came with this is useless. I can't fit it back into that. I just lay this shade in the passenger seat or, if someone is going to be sitting there, I wrap the velcro strap around it and fit it in the water bottle holder in my driver's door.
