I use these forms every time I speak to a client. It has all the questions that I need to get information. It’s a simple way of gathering all the data you need for a client.

This no more than a tablet, with very few copies on the pad. The price is over $15. Like I said, the concept is good, and I know my son will make copies to use, as he runs out. I see the price bing about half of the price of the price offered.
