Great Recipes! Easy to Read Format!
I love the layout of this book. It's written in a way that doesn't overwhelm me. Lots of recipes I will.be trying. Great price too!

Tons of great recipes and carb, protein etc. numbers for each
Tons of recipes, from what I found so far, they sound great! I can’t wait to try so many of them! I’m not a beginner at cooking plant based meals for my husband and I but we are having my non vegan mother in law coming to stay with us for a month and I want to have options, and have her use the book to (hopefully get inspired by the author’s story to plant based diet). I wish there were a few pictures included with some of the meals in the book because I am like a kid and like to look at pictures :) but nonetheless a very good price for so many good recipes. I know how much work went into this and I appreciate the nutritional facts for each recipe.

Easy Vegan Recipes for Beginners - Delicious and Modifiable
This cookbook is great for beginner vegans or at home cooks. The cookbook has a lot of familiar recipes, but also offer a wide variety of recipes you may not have tried before. There are tons of recipes, so you are likely to not get bored.The reason I did not go with a full 5 stars is because the formatting is not always consistent (some words are not bolded in the titles, things like that). And, out of the 5 recipes I picked to try out, there was one that had a missing ingredient (though, it was pretty obvious what the missing ingredient was, I just had to guess the amount to add and the recipe turned out well).All to say, I would recommend for a beginner vegan or a person who just wants to add variety to their diet. The recipes are easy to follow and you will likely have the ingredients on hand (especially if you are vegan), which is always a plus for me.

Lots of easy recipes, but no pictures and poor organization
This book delivers what it promises - there are a bunch of plant based recipes with simple instructions. I also appreciate that they included nutritional information for each recipe.However, it just isn't very user-friendly. There isn't a single picture in the whole book, which makes it very hard to pick a recipe to try. There is also very little organization to this book. The order of the recipes feels random, and makes it very hard to find specific recipes. For example, if you open up the book to the "Legumes" section, you will find salads, stews, bean dips, and buddah bowls all mixed together on one page. The author could have split these recipes into separate sections and made the book much easier to use.This book isn't awful, but there are much better options out there. I will be giving this cookbook away.

Great Easy Recipes
I have really enjoyed the Plant Based Cookbook for Beginners and here are some of the reasons why.I too want to eat healthier and Jordan Worthens' introduction and information regarding eating plant based was very inspiring making me want to jump right in and try recipes.The format of the recipe pages makes it easy to read and pick a dish that sounds yummy to make. After making a few of the recipes I found that because they are straight forward and well written I can see using this book often. Another nice feature is at the bottom of each recipe is a nutritional breakdown which is handy since I have to count my carbs.I use to grab my recipes off the internet but now I like having this cookbook on my counter as a reminder to stay on track with my eating and accessibility for daily use.

Plant Recipes
I’ve recently started doing some research about nutrition. I’ve been on so many diets and they’re never sustainable. Tbh, all they have done is help me drop weight that I inevitably gain back. I suffer from iron deficiencies. I’m starting to learn that nutrition plays a huge role in how are bodies feel and perform. I’ve decided to go vegan but I’m slowly eliminating things from my diet. I’ve already eliminated, alcohol, red meat and pork. This cookbook really helped to explore all the possibilities of vegan recipes.

Too many ingredients, recipes include sandwiches and no mention of the bread being vegan.
The book has a lot of recipes, but most have a LOT of ingredients and are not easy to cook. In addition, several recipes are for sandwiches or French toast. Bread is not vegan unless specified, most is baked with milk solids or nonfat milk. I consider bread to be a processed food, and I am trying to avoid so many processed foods.On the plus side, the recipes include nutritional information and calorie count.

Many simpler recipes and lots of variety.
I did not want a VEGAN type book. But the book had many interesting recipes for easy to make meals.The seller was good enough to refund my money and told me to keep the book.You can't go wrong wth this seller...Cheers

vegan forever and this book is amazing!
ive been vegan for 38 years and have literally hundreds of cookbooks. It took a chance on this, dont know why, but it was calling to me. Im so so glad I bought this.ok, so lets get the elephant out of the room. THERE ARE NO PHOTOS.Once upon a time, that would seriously influence my decision to buy, but in this case I could see immediately that photos had been forfeited for extra recepies. The level of nutritional understanding and sheer variety of dishes makes this my new go to vegan bible. It really IS that good.Have you ever found a vegan cookbook with a dessert section padded out with 101 fruit salads???? How annoying is that? like dude.....i can cut a strawberry and smother it in soya yoghurt.THIS has pages and pages of pure delicious desserts that require more than knife skills. Chocolate lovers will melt when they see whats in this naughty chapter.In the other pages you can find different, unusual and eye opening combinations of spices to switch things up.....How disappointed do we get with the same main course bases of onion garlic,ginger, chilli and sesame oil combos???? im sick to death of flaming chilli and ginger vegan soaked meat replacements.This book has just given me an idea of how to use up half a tin of jackfruit and the last few spoonfuls of callaloo. Accompanied with a flash fried side of spinach, pine nuts and butter beans. Pique your imagination and get this book.

riesen Auswahl an einfachen und leckeren Rezepten
Ich hab mir das Kochbuch bestellt, weil ich so begeistert von der Vorstellung war, 550 neue Rezepte an einem Ort zu haben. Mir ist es oft zu anstrengend, mich durch ewig viele Bücher zu wühlen oder lang und länger zu googlen - und hier hab ich alles auf einen Blick und kann mich durch die Kategorien blättern und ein passendes Rezept suchen. Auch wenn ich gut Englisch kann, ist das Buch mMn gut geeignet, falls man nur grundlegende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache hat - und man kann seinen Wortschatz sogar um einige Vokabeln der Küche erweitern, das ist doch auch was :)Am besten gefallen mir die Suppenrezepte. Finde es auch nicht störend, dass keine Bilder zu sehen sind. Mich demotiviert dann meist eh nur, wie unschön ich meinen Teller anrichte im Vergleich zum Beispielfoto :D und ich kann mir so super Notizen machen, weil so viel Platz ist, kann die Rezepte markieren, die ich bereits gemacht habe oder Sternebewertungen geben.Alles in allem ein tolles Buch mit vielen Möglichkeiten für alle Geschmäcker!
