WeberPorcelain-Enameled Cast-Iron Cooking Grates

They are a bit heavy but they are worth the weight. Sturdy construction and fantastic heat distribution. Had to buy these since my grill was on clearance and was missing the originals. My wife loves cooking on them and seems to cut down on cooking time. Cleaning is easy with a non stick pan scrub brush. Comes in two peaces so they fit in the sink to wash them for next use.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have a Weber Q140 Electric Grill that came with a chromed steel one-piece grate. The grate rusted the first year and now it is terrible for grilling and nearly impossible to clean. However, these new porcelain-enameled grates fit perfectly. I was concerned they wouldn't fit because the Weber site said these were only for the gas grills. The customer service rep at Weber wasn't very helpful either. So, I decided to take a chance and try these and they work just fine. The grates come with two clips to help hold the grates in the grill which may be required for some grills. However, on the Q140 they are not required and I threw them away. There is one grate in the box, but it comes in two pieces split in the middle.

Perfect fit with provided clips. After 4 years, my original grill plate had gotten to the point that cleaning it with a grill brush would not get rid of all the rust. The little iron rust chunkies on the grilled food was getting bad. I prefer beets or vitamins for my iron intake. This one should last longer and be easier to clean as it is porcelain plated and the original was not. Only complaint is that it's a bit pricey.

This is an exact replacement for my grill. My first one lasted a bit over three years and I use the grill 4-5 times per week, so I know this one will last as well. You get what you pay for here. Bit pricey, but worth it.

Fits, nice. Time will tell if this newer style will be as good as the old (five years ago) stock grate it replaced.Seems like a different materiel/finish, and the stock original was a single piece; I don't think Weber makes that anymore as all I could find anywhere is this two-piece.I look forward to using the two-piece for easy of removal, cleaning, handling.But I despise this new two-piece because it comes with mandatory clips to clip onto the grill body to support the joint where the two pieces meet up. I can only imagine those brackets failing, rusting, falling out over time and repeated heat-cool cycles.Btw I think I have a Q100/1000 series. YMMV regarding fit; the instructions show that some Webers do NOT need to use the supplemental flimsy metal clips.

A little pricey, but they are genuine Weber and replace the rusty ones.
