Excellent product
I wanted to make a new gourmet pizza recipe for the festive season. I used this product to enhance the taste of vegetable pizza for my guests who ate vegetarian, the difference in the taste was amazing. With just a few slices I got the best results.It’s a good value for money, tastes absolutely fresh and authentic .I got my second jar today and I’ll keep using it.

Great taste, goes a lot further than I thought.
Bought this to make a truffle risotto as part of our Boxing Day lunch. The resulting risotto was delicious and I had plenty left over for another.Delicious.

Great flavour
Provide a great flavour which can be use in many dishes. Good shavings and don't break down to pieces so cannot complain at all, obviously not the cheapest but they are a luxury ingredient.

Good but not worth the money
Payed over 20 pound for this micro jar. The truffle is good but it is sour, I believe it has vinegar and that's why it's sour. It doesn't compare to tartufo italiano but it is the most you can get in UK.Better buy the real tartufo if you have the chance and buget.
