These baguettes were wonderful! I would love to purchase them more often, but the cost is very prohibitive! Unfortunately.

this product was impossible to find for quite some time and then a local market offered it, but there are long stretches between them having it in stock. glad to find it on amazon. this is the best gluten free french baguette i've tasted. beautiful crust with crunch and soft interior, just like a regular baguette. i keep at least one extra in the freezer at all times. udi makes really good gluten free breads, muffins and frozen entrees and this one is a definite favorite. these were sold by hardin's natural foods and they are wonderful to do business with.

Items arrived unfrozen whereas it says ''keep frozen'' on the bags.I was not confident to put such items in the fridge and then in the oven since I don't even know for how long they were unfrozen.Breaking the cold chain can lead to serious health issues.

Delicious!!! Best gluten free baguette ever! Light and fluffy. Great with oil and balsamic. Don’t freeze after opening. Mine got really flat. But that is my only complaint.

Love these baguettes. 1 of them had a huge hole down the middle, causing it to be hollow. I contacted the company online. They mailed me a coupon. Didn’t cover the cost, but it was better than nothing, I suppose. Udis is notorious for big air pockets,

Hard to do gluten free. A little tasteless. Maybe that’s just the way gluten free is.
