My bad
I thought this came with the RAM heatsinks but it does not. You can buy the branded RAM $$ with the mounts for the included cooler or retrofit heatsinks for existing RAM. This was a great price so I should have done more research. In the picture the RAM shown under the cooler is not included.

Watch out when bending hoses, it will piss on you
The installation diagram for Intel cpu is upside down. Since it took a piss on me, a faint aroma of burnt carbon, Cpu temperature on one start up was above 93C and got a forced shutdown. Next boot temperature was 40C stable. It is hit or miss on boot up. I’m going back to Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4, a gigantic heatsink with 2 PWM fans, that was stable at 34C and very quiet.
