Great aroma and taste! Much better than store-bought. My good friends and neighbors from Pakistan cook with cardamom pods, and introduced us to the delicious flavor of cardamom in desserts and fruits. Adding this gives a truer taste and smell, especially to my homemade granola. Glad my local stores were out, so I searched on Amazon.

This is the best tasting ground cardamom I have found!

Cardamom power has nice aroma but I found that when used in tea, the product floats until boiled awhile and then forms a paste at bottom of cup. I have not had this issue with several other brands I use for tea. It is also a lighter color so I believe it contains quite a bit of hulls along with the seeds, hence the paste at the bottom of my tea cups. Not bad for the price and might work well in curries or baked goods, But definitely going back to my earlier brands for brewing tea.
