This little magnifying glass is a life-saver! We bought this the week LICE invaded our home and heads of our children. Thanks to this great magnifier we were able to identify lice vs. dandruff or other issues. Seriously, I can't imagine making it through that horrendous week without this in hand. The lights that it has are a must and make seeing SO VERY EASY!We used the lice comb every day and then I'd look at the comb through this and see the tiniest of lice that had hatched that were not even viewable to the eye. Because I had this magnifier I knew when there wasn't anything left in my daughter's thick thick hair.I see why people get lice again and again....you can't make sure it's gone when you can't see them...but with this great tool, we are lice free going on two months now! Very pleased with purchase of this loupe. I haven't had a chance to use it much as I just got it but I tested it out and it seems like a very good buy for the money. I did not realize from the reviews and specs that I read before buying, that the two LEDs illuminate separately, that is, one for each lens. That works well and really illuminates what you are looking at. I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and found the loupe in the plastic case, as I was expecting the lanyard instead. But when I looked further, that was included as well! And Kare and Kind sent emails immediately after ordering and after receipt, eager to please and to fix any potential problems or difficulties. So, so far, so good!

I like this jeweler's loupe. I like that it has 2 magnification strengths in one loupe. I use this for looking at gem stones and for setting gems into ring mounts. The reason I rated this a 4 star is because I did not get the red strap pictured in the ad but did receive but instead, a plastic storage box with the purchase.

Comes in a nice case with wrist strap. It has two LED lights (one for each lens) which was a nice surprise. I've already found it useful for fixing some electronics and for identifying bugs on a house plant. These have a very short focal length, naturally, estimated at around an inch plus or minus. Looking forward to using these with my young daughter to show here structures of plants, bugs, aquatic life. Overall very happy with purchase!

Good quality little loupe. Magnification is good... wasn't expecting the light to be very useful, but it actually helps illuminate pretty well, even outdoors. Quality of the lenses aren't bad for $10, definitely good enough for my purpose of identifying small plant parts. Case feels like aluminum, seems like it will hold up well in the field. Happy with it so far.

Zero quality in this Loupe. It works, it magnifies, but if you try wiping a smug off a lens the entire system of lens will fall out. Not very fun putting 4 lens and numerous other pieces back together properly without leaving fingerprints or marks on.

Bought this to aid in sharpening knives. It works just fine for checking out the edge of a blade. The slider switch for the led lights kinda sucks on mine fyi. I have to hold it to keep the light on for the larger lens. :( as long as I have a decent bit of light around I'm good but after only 2 days I was sad to see an issue with the switch but I don't want the hassle of returning it.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very light weight (especially compared to a 40X all-metal' loupe I also bought), but the lenses are very clear and work great. The LED lights are great! Everything seems well-constructed. And it comes in a handy hard case to keep it clean. I recommend this product--hard to beat the price for what you get.
