Portuguese Algarve Sea Salt from the Salts of the Earth Collection by Merchant Spice Co. (8 ounces (1/2 pound))

I received my Algarve Sea salt and had to cook up a delish piece of Chilean Sea Bass with it (and some cracked pepper.) YUM! Perfect. I was extra thrilled to find, included in my bag, a sample of Sicilian Trapani Sea Salt. What a great surprise that was! They were prompt, the packaging secure and the accompanying note very engaging. I'll be looking for more yummy items from this company. Very happy!
