Great customer service
I was going to update my seller feedback, but it seems like I can't, so I am leaving a review here instead.The shipping was so fast, but the product didn't work well. I contacted the seller. The CS was incredibly quick to respond and very attentive. Hopefully the new battery works with no issue.

Corrupt Battery
Charged but randomly interference with laptop causing shut down unless plugged in. Declined a replacement from this company/seller. Will still have to pay second install fee because of this one being defective. Do not recommend as all.

Works
Works fine in my 2020 LG Gram 17. The battery sent to me appears to be an original LG made battery with the LG branding covered up by tape. The battery appears to be new (cycle count came at zero) and the actual measured capacity was good at within a few percent of expected / advertised. Testing the battery yielded no surprises with even drain over the entire range.Knocking off 1 star because the price seems a bit expensive.
