I can't read the language on the package and the only English on it is the nutrition/ingredient label but is this a colon cleanse?! I've never drank or ate anything that literally went straight through me before. I drank it yesterday and the rumbles started last night but didn't take full effect until this morning. All day I've been breaking time records going to and from the bathroom. I didn't realize what it was from until this afternoon.... when I had another... I wanted the caffeine (these little drinks apparently have 210mg of caffeine) to keep me up for new years eve festivities... unfortunately, this time, it didn't wait until the next morning to hit.... it is 9:57pm and I'm in bed, writing this review after taking some sleeping pills, hoping I don't regret not buying adult diapers in the morning. Needless to say, my new years eve plans went straight down the toilet, hah! I'm blaming the bad joke on the dehydration.Hopefully everyone else has better luck than I did. The worst part of all?IT TASTES AMAZING!!!!!Forever the forbidden fruit now....
