Great quality decoration
Bought as a decoration to emulate a ceiling rose, it was perfect for the purpose. Glued flat to the ceiling and took wood paint very well. The carving is not only attractive, but also cut perfectly without any faults. Great purchase and recommend.

What I used it for
Mine was damaged on arrival but by the time I’d glued it back together and on to the fireplace you couldn’t tell so I didn’t bother returning.Glued, painted, a wee bit of gold highlight paint... it almost looks like cast iron now
