Wasn’t as we had anticipated, and sadly returned it

Fiddly
I purchased this as have gone totally deaf with congestion post covid. The biggest fault is the small contols and the top volume whistles very loudly. It really has not helped me much. I have used cheaper over the ear sound amplifiers which have proved better than this one but thought I would pay more to get something better. Disappointed.

Poor quality and unreliable
Wouldn't charge at first, then suddenly after several attempts began to charge.Worked okay for first two weeks, but after this, the battery life got shorter and shorter until it only lasted up to half an hour. On the 4th week of using it, I recharged as normal, but it would not work at all. Now unusable. Wouldn't recommend due to the poor quality of the item.

Don’t buy!!! Find an alternative
This hearing aid comes with three different silicon earplug sizes, unfortunately it is virtually impossible to change the earplugs, easy remove, impossible to put back on. How they expect the elderly to do this ? Crazy.Hearing aid is poor, picks up continual interference and whistles …. Useless will be returning mine and demanding a refund

Does not work
I put it on charge when I got it. Took it off when fully charged but it would not work. After trying about 12 times I am now returning it

Charging light goes green but it is still not charged it did work well hard work trying to get to seller is hard work..had to give a star or it won’t submit
