We have a little run for our cat in our yard, which is covered by an awning. Our cat is strictly an indoor cat, so it is sealed off, but we do like to let him roam around a bit in the day time, and we wanted something that he could go for a nap in while he was playing in the yard, and this is where this came in. I was lucky enough to test this and our cat is now never out of it!Our cat loves to bask in the sun, so we leave the lid open, so he can go to sleep while getting them rays, and he just nips out of the little plastic doorway (reminds me of the back of a butchers) or jumps out over the top, and nips back into the house.It's very roomy (we've added a little blankie for Eeenie the cat), and it's easy to get access too, in case the cat doesn't feel like leaving himself (he often cries to be picked up and let out).This was very easy to put together, has a very sturdy construction, and is perfect for outdoor use (if covered) and of course indoor use.You can tell that a lot of love and effort has gone into making this, and it's probable one of, if not the best little hide on the market.If I had one nit picky comment, I'd like it if it had a wooden door as opposed to little plastic shutters, so that it can be used as maybe a temporary hutch etc.All in all, I'd strongly recommend - 5/5.

This is a lovely little hide for our guinea pigs. We have a large outdoor run which we put our herd into on dry days and this little house fits lovely inside it and is the perfect size for them.It took about 20 minutes to assemble and the instructions were very easy to follow. The floor isn't plush, there is a little gap around the edges where you can see through to the grass below, this just means that if you need to clean it out, you may find that bits of poop get stuck in these edges.The lid lifts up and stays open on the hinge, which is great as there's no need to try to juggle keeping the lid open whilst lifting out an animal.The opening has a little roof over it and plastic covering it which animals can push through to get in and out but it keeps the rain out - a great idea.It is big enough for five guinea pigs to be in cuddled up - this is for them as a shelter, not as a full-time home, they need something much bigger.It seems to be very good quality and is a great addition to a larger living space or run. It is quite tall so OK for rabbits, but again not suitable for long periods as it isn't quite the height a rabbit needs.I'm very pleased with this as are our guinea pigs!

This wooden hide house from FeelGoodUK comes ready to assemble with easy to follow instructions and illustrations.Lovely solid build with tongue and groove panels and green heavy duty weatherproof roof .Everything fitted perfectly and took less than half an hour to fix together with the supplied screws and hinges.There is a black plastic base that fits over the bottom slats which makes cleaning easier and the roof lifts up on hinges to easily see and reach inside.There are 3 plastic strips over the doorway and a little porch so any animal going inside would be sheltered from the weather .So cute and just the right size for rabbits and guinea pigs inside a run or even inside the house for a pet to have its own space.Not suitable outside an otherwise secure area especially overnight as any animal could enter through the doorway.Great build quality ,really impressed - a lovely small animal shelter that will last for years to come .

This wooden house makes a great day shelter from the sun and rain for your furry friends. The house is not suitable to use as a night-time hutch as it is not fox-proof (there is no door) but would be great for cats, rabbits or guinea pigs using the garden in the summertime and needing a place to rest in the day.The house is made from thin wooden panels which are 0.75cm thick and the roof can be raised up to allow ventilation, making this ideal for hot summer days. The roof is made from mineral felt which will protect the house from summer showers. There is a black plastic rigid sheet which protects the floor from urine and can be removed and cleaned easily.Installation is easy with nice clear instructions. You have through holes pre-drilled for you plus the pilot holes on the opposing panel making it easy to assemble using a manual crosshead screwdriver and ensuring accuracy. This makes it very clear how the house should be assembled and avoids splitting of the wood.All-in-all this is a good looking day hutch which would look great in any garden and will be appreciated by your pets as a relaxing shelter from the elements.
