My mechanic said the Rack and Pinion just broke into pieces as he tried to install it. I called Detroit Axle to get a refund and they gave me the run around on why I couldn't get my money back but they were willing to give me another part even though I told them I had to by a part locally to fix my wife's car. They told me to have my mechanic call them and tell that the part was bad.

Part fits but when I turn the wheel I can hear a noise 🙁as track,track .Very disappointed.
