But... the box containg the meat was not secured in the cooler and it came open spilling the meat out of the bag inside of the box. Reason for only 4 stars. Quickly scooped up meat into bag and twisty tied it to prevent freezer burn until the meat could receive better packaging later tonight and placed in freezer. One serving was in peices in bottom of the cooler. Scooped it up and muxrowaved it to cook it and served in small flour tortillas with horseradish sauce. Made 3 tasty tacos and no meat was lost or wasted. Back to repacking the rest of the meat. Oh super fast shipping not weeks.
