Good for boat repairs
It adheres and cures well. The boat hasn't sunk yet.

Works on bad spots in particle board.
This product worked great years ago on a boat with a bad transom. So I thought I'd give it a try on an old countertop with some water damage. It worked very well. But for the price it should come with something to put it in to shake and inject, otherwise you have to buy a syringe or the like to try to get the right mixture together to shake and use.

Great Product
Use this product as instructed and you will be more than satisfied. I used this on a section of floor board that was rotted out under a coating of fiberglass resin. I drilled holes larger that the 1/4 inch recommended through the fiberglas and into the rotted wood. Then I continuously kept filling them with git-rot. You have to be patient and let the git-rot soak into the rotted wood. I would wait 10 to 15 minutes and keep filling the holes until they would not take anymore git-rot. The wood must be dry because the git-rot will not displace water. The next day the rotted section was solid.

Excellent product. Git-Rot is the real deal!
Excellent stuff, had some rotted wood on the floor of my camper. Dried the wood very well, drilled small holes into the rot, and applied this stuff to it. After it dries, it becomes very solid, sandable as well. Much cheaper and easier than replacing the floor! Very impressed

Wood repair and patch
I had a bit of rotten wood on my house under the gutter. It would have been a really big job to replace the face board so I tried git-rot to re-solidify the rotted wood. All I can say is I wish I had known about this stuff 30 years ago. Not only did the git-rot solidify the wood i was able to use body filler to make it smooth again. After sanding and painting I defy anyone to figure out where the patch was applied. Great stuff!

Avoid online purchases, not returnable
I, like a lot of these reviews, received a product with a broken seal that never hardened past a point of a thick oily gel. It's too bad... I hear this is actually a good product, but I would recommend against purchasing from an unreturnable location online, as I'm now out $20 and a faulty product.
