Works now but had some problems
Had a couple problems with this, but both easily fixable. Mine came from Amazon Warehouse, so I am not sure if it was produced with the problems or someone messed with it and then returned it.Problem 1: clocked incorrectly for my 1988 Country Squire. Easy fix - three screws and rotate.Problem 2: The brushes and springs were misplaced causing a no charge situation. Four screws to remove the voltage regulator, the springs from my old alternator, and back together.Works fine now. Quiet and no headlight dimming at idle.Just be sure to check your brushes/springs and clocking before installing.
