I have been adding this to my Arbonne fizzy drink and it's really a great combination, but the ingredients in this one formula alone are just perfect, especially for someone who is blood type A. I feel like this gives me a sort of calm energy, not a jittery caffeine feeling, and while my tummy is sensitive this sits quite well. I love Banyan and have been enjoying their supplements for years, this is one I carry with me now, along with the Digest Well drops. Great stuff, truly.

I bought this on a whim, and took it with me on vacation. It's fantastic. It's hard to eat right and stick to a routine when traveling, and this really helped with all aspects. I will take it with me whenever I can.

Do not take the 30 drops in the first dose. It runs right through you!!!!! lol 🤣

This was my first time using this product and very happy with results. I traveled across several time zones to Slovenia and Bosnia putting me at nine hours difference from PST and was able to sleep the first night i arrived with no jet lag feeling the rest of my trip. The same coming home ... jet lag minimal compared to previous trips. Will definitely use this every time I travel.

Had I read the description more carefully, I probably wouldn't have bought this. I was expecting something that could be taken by mouth without the need for a glass of water. I gave it a try, but I didn't maintain it consistently because there was not always a glass of water available. That said, I love and trust Banyan products; they're a wonderful company. I'm giving it a 4 because this was mostly a user problem, due to said user's innate laziness and love of convenience.

I usually have a very difficult time adjusting to time zones when I travel. I thought I’d give this a try and I’m glad that I did. I went out to the west coast from the easy coast during day light savings time. I didn’t miss a step! I only had one night where I couldn’t fall asleep but otherwise I was able to get great sleep and to my surprise didn’t have any issues adjusting when I came back home. It’s a miracle!
