Wonderful stuff, I cannot recommend it enough, has 99 vitamins, my hair nails skin have improved so dramatically, my feeling of well-being also,no bad side effects I buy it every 3 weeks as that's how long it lasts in the fridge after opening. You can add it to drinks, food any thing, I have a spoonful before bed, highly recommend better than collagen drink I was buying, which gave me spotty rash, you will not regret giving it a try,I tried it out of curiosity, cannot live without it now.

Great product. I mix it with my morning protein shake. However the instructions recommend a tablespoon but after taking the recommended dose I bruised really easy. Cut down on the dose to a desert spoon & all ok

First purchase of seamoss so I'm not really an expert on it. I've finished the jar already as I put quite a bit in an ice cube tray stored in the freezer to keep it fresh for longer. I used the rest every morning in a smoothie. 1 non levelled tablespoon is what amount I chose. Couldn't tell it was in there so that's great. I did try some on its own but it is a bit lumpy which I really didn't like and I physically couldn't swallow it . Defo recommend putting it in smoothies or porridge etc. Seems to be the real stuff but like I said I'm no expert. Haven't noticed any difference yet but I'll be having a blood test soon so it'll be great knowing if it has raised any levels that needed attention from my last blood test. Oh yes, I also use it for a face mask, it makes my face so smooth and doesn't bring out any rashes or spots, its very kind to my skin. I leave it on for about 20 mins or so then rinse it off with warm water finishing with a cold splash on my face. Hope this review helps to anyone with queries

Item arrived very well packaged its clear that care was taken while packing it. No taste or strong smell which is a good sign also very easy to swallow the consistency is good, awaiting to see the benefits but very happy with the delivery!

I take sea moss every day I use it as face mask eating it hair mask the thicker the sea moss is the better it is as there’s more product in it I use a brush mix it into a bowl it spreads lasts longer but this one there was an oful taste sea moss disent gave taste it also crumbled into wee pieces in which using on my face it fell everywhere was all over the place sea moss should be like a liquid sits on you’re safe hair but this one didn’t I don’t know why was it watered down or bad batch I was very disappointed as I wanted to try something different the thicker the sea moss the better I use also a baking brush mix it into a bowl I then throw it into my meal or fruit bowl it goes a long way spreading it out great tip this one seemed to go very hard on my hair when the sea moss got hard it started flaking a mess it was but it’s nothing to do with sea moss it’s this brand so am waiting on the seller getting back to me I’ll update you on the way they worked with there costmer as feedback is important for both sides you have to be honest leaving feedback Sea moss tablets where rubbish for me the Jel is the best for me anyway it helps heal all types sickness in you’re body from a fatty liver to cancer no joke Google sea moss it’s amazing if you get the right brand
