I tried this to help with prostatitis, inflammation. was on the verge of a flare up but after doing some research wanted to try something more natural than antibiotics. I bought this because dosage seemed about right for a first try. Delivered quickly and it started to work as soon as I took it, within a few hours. I have experimented a bit with it so I take 2 per day one in the morning and one in late afternoon early evening, I can feel it wearing off. The combined dose is still a lot lower than some of the other brands available. I see that as the only problem really, getting the does correct, it may be different for different people and depending on the severity of symptoms. I felt a reduction in inflammation and thus seemed to urinate a lot easier, it definitely evened out my ability to pee properly and often manage to sleep though the night with maybe one occasional trip to the loo. All in all I would definitely recommend this but as I say be prepared to experiment with the dosage to get the best out of it. (The recommended dose is one per day.)
