Town Food Service 15.5" Stainless Steel Mandarin Strainer

We got this mainly for deep frying in a wok.This strainer works great for bringing all the food out of the oilin one scoop.Nothing left behind to over cook.It is well made and drains quickly, easy to clean.It's sturdy. Has a nice finish.Great for wings, french fries, hush puppies etc.

Very sturdy n well made n huge. I luv that. Has many uses. Only wish handle was a little longer.

I couldn't figure out the name of this kitchen tool when I was watching a show and seeing how effective they are. I was finally able to find one on Amazon, but had to pay almost as much as the product itself to have it shipped (Outside vendor). It is quite useful for draining or scooping into a Wok/Stir fry pan, although it is a solid piece of metal and quite hefty so if weight is a concern you might want to pass this one up.

Very durable and easy to clean. I can pick up everything in the wok all at once, which saves time. I also use it to steam vegetables.

This is just like the ones I see used at Chinese restaurants. Very very sturdy and almost as big in diameter as my cooking wok.
