I have never tasted garlic like this ever and not in a good way ,it's definitely not sweet it's very bitter and could not use it to cook with or eat as it tastes horrible ,so not fit for purpose and it's definitely not in brine more like vinegar as its very acidic , I Do not recommend it

Great tasting garlic, read a few reviews before buying this. As odd as it sounds, you really can eat these raw and they taste so good. I would not have thought i would be that person eating plain raw garlic, but these just taste really good.

They’re pretty good, although I’ve had better. Not particularly sweet but do retain some garlic taste. Nice crunch to them but something not quite right, would have been better in a glass jar as maybe a plasticky taste from the bag? Hopeful that they’re a bit better cold out the fridge. Like I say, pretty good, not bad but not great.. ideally could be bought in smaller batch as now I have a massive tub of average tasting garlic in brine

Eating 5 gloves a day and no one can smell it .. tastes delicious

ExcellentI combine this with raw unpasteurised honey whenever I feel a cold or some such coming on, aslong as I catch it early enough keeps it at bay.A great natural antibiotic! Kg of these and kg of honey £20 ish quid and it works.

Bought regularly. Once opened transfer to a jar and store in fridge. Add to salads or just snack on
