I've lived near New Orleans, and many other places in Louisiana. This seasoning is as close to "made from scratch" as it gets. It has the exact flavor profile of local Cajun Crawfish Boils.

Great Seasoning and spice level. It was perfect for a 30 gallon pot for our seafood boil.

We make a shrimp boil every year on vacation in the outer banks, NC. Usually we use zatarans seasoning but used the Louisiana this past year and did not regret it! Be careful you don't use too much though, its SPICY!

This product had excellent flavor for my shrimp and crab boil. Highly recommend this product.

This dry seasoning is the greatest stuff for a Low Country Boil. I did not like the liquid because it was too spicy, too vinegary, and really had an “off” taste. Still worth the cost just for the powdered part.

Full bag and a little of the liquid in an 80QT/10 gallons of water. Where everything was a flavor bomb and spicy! If you don’t want spicy I would use half then sprinkle on finished food. I would by again for sure for our next boil.
