My dog is an Australian Shepherd. Their water repellent coat stays clean longer, so they do not needs baths as often. I use this after she spends a day at the park, in between gull baths.

I have tried different dry shampoos, from powders to sprays which are not really dry! This one is a lightweight foam and my dog doesn't seem to mind my using it. It has a very light smell but nothing overpowering, and it seems to do a pretty good job of taking his little doggy smell away. I have to groom him every 5 weeks because his fur Tangles badly, and that's also why I hesitate to wash him myself because he won't let me use a hair dryer. Trying to brush him dry myself again leaves him with tangles. He's part poodle, so his fur is somewhat curly.

This is a great product for refreshing dogs in between baths. A brush and a rub or two with this, and dogs look and smell like freshly bathed pups. Lasts a long time because a couple squirts is effective. Soft, clean scent. I've tried sprays and they smell good too but pups don't like to be sprayed.

Left my 2 dog's hair soft, fresh smelling and clean. And it is not an overbearing smell it is a nice soft pleasant smell.

My dog loves this product. He hates to take a bath. I think he was a cat in previous life. I can bath him with this waterless shampoo. Its easy grab moist cloth and spray this foam. Super clean and best of all my dog smells fantastic!!

Although the dog we were fostering needed a bath, the foster organization told us we should not give him one as that may cause too much stress. So, we were looking for a waterless shampoo that would help get him clean. Unfortunately, while it smells nice, this doesn't really seem to have any cleaning power. The smell, while pleasant, is still somewhat overpowering, even for my human nose. It is very gentle and didn't irritate the skin at all.

Love this stuff for the dogs in between baths!

I haven't had great success with this product in terms of using it on my cat for cleaning. At the base of my cat's tail his hair gets a little oily and I was hoping that this product would help break some of that up. Lo and behold all it does is make it smell better but it's still pretty oily in that area. I used it as directed which was, massaging into the area, then take a towel and wipe it off, and then I went the extra mile and brush the area afterwards. The reason why I'm giving it at 3 stars and not anything lower is because it's very easy to use, straightforward, and the smell is pretty great. I wish it broke down the oil a little bit more, however, if you want a quick clean and a nice smelling pet, this product may be for you.

My cat cannot reach his back to clean himself so I have been using the product to help keep him clean. It has a lovely, subtle smell and foams up very nicely. I find it easy to use with a cat comb.The ingredients list is slightly different to what is advertised but the manufacturer has put in ingredients that I know to be more skin friendly for animals, so I'm pleased with the ingredient changes they've made. I've included a photo of the ingredients on the bottle I received.Overall, this is a pleasant smelling and very good pet wash that has left my cat with clean and soft fur.

this stuff is great , I have a dog that loves muddy puddles but not clean water , so just let dry give quick brush then just rub foam in and brush again when dried. the smell is amazing .

It seems to work nicely but the smell is a little bit too strong for me.Also the foam is a little bit thick so it's rather difficult to rub it out on the hair/ body. I somehow need to use a bit more throughout my cat's body and yet I'm not quite sure about this "waterless" thing (i.e if there's any chemical or of sorts, especially the strong flower smell leads me suspecting there's more or less some perfume in the formula) so I'm reluctant to use too much on them and always would still use a damp cloth or baby wipe to wipe them off the bubbles after applying on them.

Always buy the NOTTIE product, smell really good, my cat and myself love it !! Highly recommend.

Favorite shampoo on sensitive skin dog, I use it on adult dog for almost every day, dry or wet, very good.
