Massage the kinks out of your back for less
Works well for what I’m using it for, which is as a massage tool for knots in the muscles of my back. Soooo much cheaper than, and just as effective as, the ball you’d buy that’s specifically touted as a massage tool. I just saw one the other day that was about $40 and had to laugh. I think I paid $5 for this one.

Not a lot to say about it. My physical therapist recommended this for massaging the back of my shoulder. It does the job fine.

Overpriced
This does everything it is advertised to do. It's sturdy without being too firm. It's got a good bounce. It doesn't have an off-putting smell that you get with a lot of rubber accessories. It has really been helping me with my feet. In general, it's a pretty good product... if it had cost $4.Honestly, I feel like I've been had. Did I just pay 9 bucks for a glorified bouncy ball?I tried it out with my kids' large bouncy balls and yeah they did the same thing. Is the rubber on my kids' ball more brittle? Yeah. Will it probably degrade over time? Yeah. Is it a little softer? Yeah, but my kids' ball was a gift from the nurse when they got their last shots. Literally free!I feel like a sucker but my kids said I can't have their ball, so I'll keep this one and make sure to hide it from them.
