Warwick Enterprises Adjust a Lift Heel Lift, Medium (Pack of 6)

Warwick adjustable heel lifts recommended by my Chiropractor. Comfortable, value for money and stays in place if adhesion is adjusted (as directed by medical provider/or as desired) And must place inside at shoe heel correctly to get full benefit. Shoes must fit your foot appropriately as well. All in all it is a great product for me and has aided in my therapy for back pain.

I just needed a little additional lift in my shoes -- and this works wonderfully. I only need the bottom two levels of lift. The use of these lifts in my shoes solved the issue of pain in my back.

I can usually get about a year out of a set before I need to change them out. One of my legs is shorter than the other, so I needed a lift. I utilize 2 of the wedges for my situation. These are NOT soft foam! Well worth the money

I think I bought about 20 of these, as you get tired of changing them from shoe to shoe and I have a lot of shoes.They help prevent Si joint pain, and are comfortable.These are the ones my PT recommended. Not the squishy ones. . .

A few years ago my chiropractor informed me that my left leg was a bit shorter than the right which was causing my back pain. He recommended heel lifts and sold me 2 lifts at $30 each. These cost less than that for 6 lifts. I keep a lift in all my left shoes and it has definitely alleviated the pain. These lifts also alleviated the pain in my wallet. Only downside is that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't hold and they slide down in the shoe which is very uncomfortable. I just put a spot of Krazy glue and it works just fine.

My right hip, through surgery, was made much shorter than my left one. These lifts in my shoes really help.

After hip replacement many years ago one of my legs is shorter than the other. This heel lift makes up for the difference.
