This knife is beautiful ,ergonomic very well balanced and very sharp. The handle is strong and beautiful looking made from strong material to last. The thickness of the blade is 2mm and is cone shaped how the forged knife need to be. Just bought it and used it immediately-pleasure to work with. I am hobby knife maker and I can say this is one of the best professional chef knifes I ever see on the market - no very thick blade ,perfect angle of sharpening and will be easy to sharpening in future when is necessary .Damascus forge steel is a priority for sharpness and I think this is life time satisfaction product .I strongly recommend it as a very quality knife and I will buy it again for present to my son and present to people I love.

I don't know how I've managed without this knife. It takes no time at all to peel and chop veg. A good size for me and has a comfortable grip. You need to be careful at first till you get used to it. It's really sharp and will last a lifetime.

Bought to complement my larger Damascus Steel knives, I now find myself using this for nearly everything. Comfortable and easy to put a sharp edge on, it might be the only knife you need.

Although has issue with fit and Finish, for the money can’t really complain. Very similar to other mainstream manufacturers, Dalstrong for example although these are getting very expensive for mass produced. I love knives, have them ranging from Global to handmade Japanese blacksmith, this knife is sharp and feels good with extra wide heel.Only knocked a star because found exact same knife on another listing cheaper, make sure choose cheapest link

Super knife, mega sharp - holds edge really well (I only chop on wooden board) - accidentally touched the blade when washing and … well, I can’t pick my nose this week now. It’s a lovely knife, seems great value. It is a bit daunting though!
