Perfect replacement
Worked great for a replacement fan on my nvr had the same leads so i didn't have to change them out.

Noisy fan bit works ok.
Really noisy fan fits good. Would look for a quit one.

Noisy after less than a month
Original fan in my Lorex lasted about 5 years. This "direct replacement" required modification to work in my NVR (original fan bad smaller holes and monting screws). After less than a month of being installed it's picked up a hum and will need to be replaced. Disappointing.
