These locks are the real deal. I use locks on my box trucks for my plumbing company and we constantly have issues with locks getting stuck in the winter, wheels not turning, etc. So far, these things have been through snow storms, freezing temperatures, salt, rain and they've been working flawlessly. I did have one lock that did not work correctly and the company immediately sent out another one almost the same day. You can feel the heft in these bad boys, the wheels move effortlessly and the push button on the bottom to open the lock is a very nice feature. They are also extremely simple to change codes on. I was a bit hesitant with the cost but these locks are definitely worth the investment. If your looking for good all weather heavy duty locks, these are the ones you want.

This is TOO BIG for lockers even though you may be thinking it might fit.....if you need a strong lock for lockers at the gym, school, or otherwise....DO NOT PURCHASE. Very strong quality lock but only goog for large holes.

button on the bottom is only connected by a very thin plastic rod. broke unrepairable after 1 month. to lazy to return, technically works but is a bad experience from now on. forever. forever ever. foreverever?

Bought this lock to secure a coal bunker, and needed something that was A: Waterproof, and B: had a large shackle - this fit the bill on both counts and fits the bunker perfectly. I actually didn't realise that it was a 5 cylinder lock when I bought it, but the extra dial just gives so many more possible combinations that I am confident it will not be opened by somebody randomly spinning the dials! Setting my own combination with the tool provided was relatively easy, I did have to check the instructions online though as the provided ones weren't very clear, but once I had it figured out it was very easy to do and quick too. All in all a good purchase, and well worth the money.

Sturdy padlock.

I have bought countless Squire locks over the past decades, and keep buying them as there is nothing else, however the lock does not last for years as per guarantee, it is good for a year or two.

Only given 3 stat for weatherproof as waiting for a the winter, to see if it stands up to very cold frosty weather.

There is a screw to remove in order to set your own code on the lock (not mentioned in Amazon product description) and this is impossible for me to do, even after I have spent extra on the correct size screwdriver, as I cannot get the screw to turn. Bitterly disappointed and hoping to get a refund from Amazon as this is a lot of money to lose.
