Excellent product

Does good as far as battery is concerned. Gets warm when charging phone. Big drawback is the charging port is sensitive to damage. Once it’s damaged cord will not stay in. Makes it difficult to charge. This is my second one of these and same problem. Buy the Mophie case instead.

Bought this to hopefully keep my 5 year old iPhone viable for another year or two. My phone works fine other than the battery is pretty much shot, so this is a great alternative to replacing the battery or having to keep it plugged in all the time. The case does noticeably weigh the phone down, but the battery lasts all day so it's worth it.

It does it’s job at recharging my phone very well however too often I have to take the case off the phone in order for it to adequately charge. And there are also days where the case can be left on the charger for 8+ hours and it won’t fully charge. Also, you have to watch your phone to see if it’s fully charged because the case does not automatically shut offIt works perfect for my schedule. As an essential worker I don’t have to worry about my phone dying before I make it back home or to a secure place to charge my phone.

Case works fine if you need a charge and you’re not around wall outlet

It worked great with my iPhone SE (2020) but within about 3 months the LEDs stopped working, then the battery charged intermittently and then it just packed up. If it had been any more expensive I would have been annoyed but at 20 bucks I just ordered another to replace it. It does make a big difference on the woeful battery life on my phone. Just know you aren't buying quality.

The media could not be loaded. I found these have a limited life.My son gave me one of these last year in December 2020, as an early Xmas gift. I can't say the brand was the same - but the identifying imprints inside the case were identical to this one which I purchased in Feb. 2021.The charging port on the one I received as a gift quickly became loose, so the cord would stay in only if I paid close attention to it whenever I moved the phone. I tested it with several charging cords; they all fit loosely - so the cord was not the problem. By Feb. 2021, the problem was bad enough that I ordered one of these. The charging port of this one that I bought, also became loose, and in May 2021, I contacted the seller for a replacement, which they sent.Before they would authorize a replacement, I had to prove to the seller that there was an issue - in spite of many reports here of loose charging port connections. I was sure that a simple photo of the cord lying just outside the phone's port would not be convincing - anyone can lay the tip of a cord next to a phone and get the photo. So I shot a slow motion video where I rotated the phone from horizontal to vertical, letting the cord drop out as it neared the vertical orientation. We couldn't find a way to send the video to the seller, so I grabbed one or two screen shots off the video and sent that. That did the job; they authorized a replacement battery case, which they shipped to me.So, the one they sent was my third one of these. The first was a gift (same model, same imprint, possibly some different seller or brand). The second was bought by me in 2/21, and the third was the replacement I requested in May 2021.That one has now also failed. I will give this item credit for making my old phone with its failing internal battery useful, for nearly a year. But I had to use three of the battery cases to cover that time span.This case - my #3 - developed a slightly loose charging port months ago, but that's not the issue. The cord tip goes in OK. The problem is that the battery itself isn't taking a charge. I've had it on a good charger all day. So far, from 11 p.m. last night till 3 p.m. today - and it now only has 2 of the 4 indicator lights lit up solid. So after 16 hours on a charger, it's only somewhat over 50% charged. And, I removed the phone from the case at about 7 a.m. - so the charger has been charging only the case, not my phone. As shown in the video I'm posting here.So I'd say these are somewhat useful. I don't expect three of something to fail in under a year. Even counting only the two provided by this seller - I got 9 months out of the two. I expect electronics to last longer than that.

SE2020 needs recharging by 3PM. This battery case fixes that. Wait for Low Battery, press on button and it charges the phone. I’ve had to do that twice some days, and it took me to PM. Charge both phone and case over night.Dropped it today on the driveway getting out of car. Not a scratch.This battery case is easy to use, charge, and protects phone. A great deal.I’ve only had it a short time, but very happy so far.Update: The instructions warn you MOT to bend connector while installing or taking off battery case. They mean it! I bent mine recently - 03/22 - and killed it. Ordered another one because the 1st one worked so well.
