Marigold Vegan Tempeh in Cans, 170 GR

I like the product very much! The taste is impressive. It looks about the size of a saisage patti. Easy to add flavor, just folloe the instrictions. The value for the money? Kinda not good IF shopping by valume, but if shopping for nutrition and diet? Yes! The finctionality is excellent! Just open the can and consume by 3 days. Overall, will buy this product again because, it takes some time to learn how to make Temph and you have to know when its good to eat, and the amount of time it takes, and how to store it. Therefore, best to purchase this way.

Good stuff!Be careful though. My last order was in October, 2024 and has not arrived (as of January, 2025). I like it, but will only buy again after I receive and eat this one.

Fried in Avocado oil or butter, this is wonderful, even better dipped in whatever bread crumbs or Panko you use it's delightful. I add Brewer's yeast to the dipping mixture for added nutrients and flavor. Each one has a lot of protein. Have two for longer lasting breakfasts. Paired with garlic/buttered rice it makes the meal a complete substitute for oatmeal. I am ordering two or three, first chance I get!

I used 2 slices for my meal - so approx 2 servings per can @ around $7 per sering - quite expensive - my vegan meals cost 1.5 what a non vegan meal costs ! So I wish there were a litle more competition in these foods ! This appears to be the only tempeh available without paying high shipping costs which I refuse to pay ! Temperature control was not an issue - canned goods at normal room temperature.

Kool product, like sausage rounds...rinse the disc thoroughly though fir better taste.

This can is tiny. I laughed when i saw it. You are basically paying 15 dollars for one serving of tempeh unless you really keep your protein portions small. Despite this fact I was pleasantly surprised how good the tempeh was considering it's innna can!!! Its Good for emergency food bc emergency vegan protein a bit tough to come by.
