Would be more accuratly described as stainless steel banana brackets as every one was bent, I did need them for a fairly urgent job so straightened in a vice, othewise would have returned them. Obviously zero quality control at manufacturers.

The screws screw and the brackets bracket. No issues. The brackets have a protective film cover on the right side which is cool if you'll have them somewhere visible. The holes have that dent around them so the screw heads don't stick out.
